Unfortunately , Due to the state of Virginias alcohol laws we are unable to become an establish ABC license holder. as of now we are a DRY HIRE service, and clients will provide all alcohol needed for the events. Although we aren’t able to provide alcohol , we do provide guidance on how much alcohol is needed. We based this on guest count, preferences , and budget. We can also provide alcohol pick up depending on location of event .
1 day ABC license is usually only needed if you are hosting an event at a public location ( reception hall, public place of business) . It is usually not needed when hosting an event on private property.
WE HIGHLY ADVISE THAT YOU DISCUSS THIS TOPIC WITH YOUR VENUE AND KNOW THEIR PROTOCOLS. We can help you apply for the 1 day ABC license if needed.

We are based in Winchester, VA at 620 Pennsylvania Ave. But we are a mobile bar service , which means we like to travel 😊.
We travel up to a 120 miles from our home office . The first 15 miles of travel are on us! Anything pass that will include a travel fee.

Yes! All of our bartenders and serving staff are ETIP ( VA & MD ) and RAMP( PA) Certified and Serve Safe Food Certified . We operate as one, so all staff are crossed trained to help out in all areas of an event as needed. We also participate in a yearly alcohol training to be sure we are up to date on alcohol changes and updated laws to maintain a safe and regulated mobile bar service.

Nope! We serve Mock-tails ( non alcoholic ), and Coffee! When you inquire , let us know what style set up you are looking for .

Unfortunately, we do not serve shots, shooters, Long Island Ice Teas, or Irish Trash Cans. We want your event to be a memorable one, while also being a pleasantly safe environment for you , your guest, and our staff.
Are You Insured?

Yes we are! We have general liability and liquor liability insurance. We absolutely want to protect our clients, their guest, and our staff during any and all events. Although we are insured, we recommend that the host apply for event insurance for the day . Having too much coverage is never a bad thing!

Yes , we absolutely do! If a guest approaching the bar , who's age is in question and we are unsure we will ask for ID.
* The ID presented must be intact and valid.
*We use this method for any and all events.
Unfortunately, If the ID is not provided after one of our bartenders have asked we will not be able to serve them.
